To organize the GRAAL in 2018, we are counting on sponsors but also on all the people who could come to our fundraising dinner, which will take place on Saturday, January 20th at Salle St-Marc in Lausanne, Chemin de Renens 12C. There are still some places for latecomers so do not hesitate to register on the Doodle.
You will find below some information necessary for the evening.
– Place: Centre socioculturel de Prélaz-Valency, Chemin de Renens 12C
– Opening time: 18h – apéro with a drink (beer/wine/soft) and finger food
– Quick presentation of WAPIHO and our activities: 19h15-20
– Dinner: 19h30 – all you can eat raclette, some wine, coffee, tea, and a homemade dessert (all inclusive in the 40.- fee)
– Raffle: 22h – with a batch prizes worth more than 2000.-
– Last bar service: 23h30
– End of the dinner: 23h45
– Closing the room : 00h00

It will also be possible to pay for the dinner with Twint with your smartphone !
There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to buy on site. Please bring some cash, we will not have a card payment machine and there are no ATMs around.
You can buy raffle tickets at any moment.
You can also participate to some games in two people teams. Prizes for the best three teams.
For those coming by car, there should be some parking spots at l’Avenue de Morges, Rue de Genève and on the district Prélaz, and even at the parking of the Coop Prélaz.

You can also help us by joining the association as a passive member, i.e. you find the project cool but you have something else to do. The fee is 50CHF for one year and you will receive a beautiful GRAAL t-shirt as a welcome gift!
